The price, at different team sizes
JobLogic's Standard plan is from £45 per user, per month, billed annually. Their own worked example is a five-user team at £225 a month. Premium and Enterprise are priced on request.
Worklot is £29 a month for a sole trader and £69 a month for Pro, and Pro includes unlimited users.

The bit most people miss: the contract
JobLogic say plainly that most of their customers commit to 24 or 36 months, and that they will structure a 12-month term if that suits you better. Their Standard pricing is billed annually.
At five users that is £225 a month for two years, so £5,400 committed before you have run a single job through it. If it turns out not to suit the way you work, you are still paying.
Worklot is monthly. Cancel whenever you like and you stop paying at the end of that month. We would rather earn it every month than lock you in, partly because we are new and you have no reason yet to trust us with two years.
They also note that bigger implementations can carry a setup fee, while smaller customers can self-serve without one.
Where JobLogic is better than us
If you only read one section, read this one. There are real reasons to pick them.
They are built for scale, and we are not yet
JobLogic runs Standard, Premium and Enterprise tiers scoped to the size of your operation. If you have a large mobile workforce, multiple depots, or complex contract structures, that is what those tiers exist for. Worklot has two plans and no enterprise tier. We would be the wrong choice for a fifty-engineer operation today.
Seventy plus integrations
They run a marketplace of more than seventy apps, modules and integrations across sixteen categories. Worklot has an export to Xero and QuickBooks and your own Stripe for card payments. That is it. If your setup depends on a particular system talking to your job software, check their marketplace before you talk to us.
Implementation help
For bigger projects they will scope and run the implementation with you. We do not have an implementation team, because we do not have the customers to justify one. You would be setting Worklot up yourself, which is fine for a firm of five and less fine for a firm of fifty.
They have been doing it far longer
JobLogic is an established UK business with a support department behind it. Worklot is new, and it is built by a small engineering firm in Derbyshire. Be honest with yourself about which of those you would rather be ringing on a Friday night.
Where Worklot is better
One flat price, unlimited users
Covered above, and it is the main one. Nobody has to weigh up whether putting the new lad on the system is worth another £45 a month.
No two-year commitment
Monthly, cancel any time. On a three-year deal at five users you are committing over eight thousand pounds. We think you should be able to try something for a month and walk away.
Risk assessments and method statements, generated from the job
Worklot produces site-specific RAMS from the job you have already entered, in partnership with RAMSReady. £35 a month as an add-on against £49 standalone.
Card payments land in your own account
You connect your own Stripe, so the money goes straight to your bank. We never sit in the middle of your cash.
It finds work as well as managing it
The Opportunities add-on scans public tenders and grant schemes against what your firm actually does and scores them. £39 a month.
It is built by people who use it on real jobs
Worklot runs Bloor Engineering, a furnace and heat treatment firm in Derbyshire. The quotes, jobs and invoices going through it are real ones with real money attached.

JobLogic plan detail as published on their pricing page, 16 August 2026. Premium and Enterprise pricing is on request, so the comparison uses Standard. If they have changed something since, tell us and we will correct it.
So which should you pick
Pick JobLogic if you are a larger operation, you need a specific integration from their marketplace, or you want somebody to run the implementation for you. That is a completely sensible choice and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If a two or three year term does not bother you, their per-user price at a small headcount is not far off ours either.
Pick Worklot if there are a handful of you and per-user pricing is quietly deciding who gets an account, or you are not willing to sign for two years to find out whether software suits you. At five people the difference is about £1,872 a year, and you can leave at the end of any month.
Watch it working before you decide
Rather than take our word for any of this, here is the real thing being used. This one is quoting a job from scratch, filmed in the app with the clicking and typing on screen. There are ten more in the guides.
What switching actually involves
Being straight with you: we do not have a one-click importer that pulls your data out of JobLogic. Your customer list comes over from a CSV, and most people start Worklot on new jobs and let the old system run down rather than moving live work mid-flight. If you are mid-contract with them, run the two alongside until your term ends. If you have a lot of history you want carried across, talk to us first and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
Common questions
Is Worklot really unlimited users on the £69 plan?
Yes. There is no per-seat charge and no user cap. Put your engineers, your office and your apprentice on it and the price does not move.
Do I have to sign a contract with Worklot?
No. It is monthly. Cancel whenever you like and you stop paying at the end of that month.
Can Worklot handle a big operation?
Not today. We have two plans and no enterprise tier. If you have fifty engineers across several depots, JobLogic is built for that and we are not.
Is this comparison biased?
Obviously. We make one of the two products. What we have tried to do is get the facts right and be honest about where the other one wins, because a comparison that says we are better at everything would not be worth reading.
