Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Worklot, provided by Bloor Engineering Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 14230472). By using Worklot you agree to them. Questions: support@worklot.co.uk.

The service

Worklot is subscription software for managing quotes, jobs, invoices and related business admin. We may improve or change features over time and will avoid removing anything you rely on without notice.

Free trial and billing

Plans include a 14-day free trial with no card required. After that, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

The data you enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time, and you can take it with you if you leave.

Acceptable use

Use Worklot lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers' data. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Worklot available and backed up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Bloor Engineering Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or misuses the service. On closure you can export your data first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
